Full-Stack Software Engineer & Tech Startup Co-Founder based in California,
with experience in Software Development, AI, Cybersecurity, Entrepreneurship, Management and the Media field.
Bio
I’m the co-founder of SAFER Platforms, a Tech startup operating in Egypt. Its first major product is about to launch soon: SAFER Carpooling Service.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach (Summa Cum Laude, 2025) and an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science from Orange Coast College (President’s List, 2023).
I grew up in Cairo, Egypt, attending the Lycée Français du Caire (the French High School in Cairo). From 2013 to 2020, I was a professional swimmer for Gezira Sporting Club and had the chance to compete in many regional and national competitions in Egypt.
From 2015 to 2020, I held the positions of Assistant Producer, Assistant Software Developer, and IT Operator at Al Kahera Wal Nas (Cairo Centric) TV Channel (Tarek Nour Communications). Joining this field was a turning point in my life. The experience I gained and the love I had for the job made me continue as an Assistant TV Producer for 4 years.
In 2019, I held the position of Assistant Program Coordinator at UNFPA Egypt (the United Nations Population Fund). I worked on the “Sports4Development” Program and in the Media and Communication department.
In 2017, I joined Mentor Arabia Organization. Mentor Arabia is a subsidiary of Mentor International, a non-profit organization founded by HM Queen Silvia of Sweden. The goal of Mentor is to prevent youth from dangerous activities such as drug and substance abuse. I attended several events with HM the Queen of Sweden and worked closely with her team during several “Mentor” events and activities in Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.
Before completing my studies in the United States, I completed a 2-year preparatory cycle of Computer Science at EPITA Paris, one of the top computer science schools in France and in Europe.
